RMA Request Form
1. Please review the supplementary document “Warranties & Policies” prior to returning merchandise.
2. Please complete this RMA Request Form in its entirety. We will not process incomplete RMA Request Forms.
3. We will reject any packages shipped to the RMA Department without any problem detail included.
4. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unmarked packaging with the appropriate stamp/sticker. We will not accept returned merchandise in different or damaged packaging.
Warranties & Policies
By placing a purchase order with Techville Distribution, you are agreeing to Techville Distribution’s pricing, payment terms, shipping charges, and conditions. We reserve the right to decline the order for any reason. All new customers are required to pay for 100% of their order including shipping charges before the order will be shipped; payment may be made with credit card or e-mail transfer or PayPal.
Shipping & Handling
Orders are processed same day. Same Day shipping available. It is your responsibility to accept the delivery and any charges that may apply. This includes any extra charges for services you requested (special routing, inside delivery, etc.).
Please inspect the shipping box for any signs of damage before opening your order. If you suspect there may be product damage based on the condition of the box, please take a photo of the unopened box. This will help to prove that any damage was the carrier’s fault. Please retain original packaging until you have verified your product performs as expected in accordance with the warranty & policy.
Please Note: Once your order has been delivered to your location, you have up to 48 hours to report any shortages or incorrect products.
Limited Warranty Information
Most of our products come with a 90-day limited warranty covering defective products. Should a product have a different warranty policy, that policy will be noted on the product page. We are not responsible for any misuse, abuse, or damage caused by human error or installation. For more information, please call our Sales Department at 905-849-8707.
You are responsible for a 30% restocking fee for orders cancelled after the invoice has been issued and processed. This is defined as the point of time when the product(s) requested has/have been put aside (reserved) for fulfillment of your order. Any order which receives no notification from you for seven business days will be assumed to have been canceled and the appropriate fees will apply.
Return & Exchange
We offer a 90 day return or exchange period on non-damaged products. All return and exchange
products must be in their original condition. A credit or exchange may be issued, on request, upon
inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges may be accepted for any defective products.
Please refer to Limited Warranty Information, above, and the RMA Request Form for details. We do not
accept any returns on all custom orders (with the only exception in cases of internal accidents). All
closeout/clearance products are final sale – no exchange, no refund, and no return.
