Placing an Order

Yes, Techville is open from 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays, and 10 am to 5 pm on Sundays. Save time and shipping costs by requesting in-store pickup and we’ll have your order ready for you when you arrive.

Paying for my order

We offer multiple ways to pay for your order: Credit Card; We can keep your card on file to process payment automatically so you get your order as quickly as possible. Paypal; Simply send your payment to [email protected] EMT to [email protected] Cash/Debit; Feel free to come by the store to pay in Cash/Debit.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE on orders of accessories and parts over $500 (within Ontario/Quebec) and shipping is also free to anywhere in Canada for orders over $1000. Keep in mind this applies to phone parts and accessories like cases and tempered glass because those weigh a lot!
Shipping can range anywhere from $5 - $120, all depending on where you are located, the weight of the shipment, and how quickly you need it. Orders within Ontario/Quebec typically range from $15 - $25 for next day delivery for an average size order. While other provinces are around $20 - $40 for next day delivery for an average sized order. If you don’t need next day delivery, you can choose to go with our ground shipping which takes 3 to 9 days and will only cost $15 anywhere in Canada.
For our customers within the continental US, Shipping is $15 for orders under 2lbs/1kg and takes 3 to 5 days. International Shipping is $30 and takes 12 days on average for orders up to 2lbs.
If you plan on ordering several times a week or have multiple locations, we can most certainly negotiate subsidized shipping prices.
We offer next day shipping to most locations across Canada.
Unfortunately, we cannot send return labels for defective items.
We can! Just ask for Saturday shipping in the notes of your order. Additional fees will apply. It usually costs an extra $20-30 for Saturday delivery.

RMA Process

With all of our orders we offer a 90 day RMA period. This means that from the date you place your order you have 90 days to return any unwanted items. These items, once processed, will be credited on your account and the credit can be put towards your next order. The unused items must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped and not taken out of its packaging.
Yes, you can return defective items using our online RMA process. We will simply credit your account for once your RMA items have been processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your next order. If you require a replacement part instead of a credit? Simply place a new order for the same part to benefit from the new reduced price.
With all of our orders we offer a 90 day RMA period. This 90 days allows enough time for you to return any defective items. Any items which are sent back to us and complete our RMA process will be credited to your account at the rate outlined on your most recent invoice for the said item.

Account Setup

It’s very easy! Just click ‘Apply for an Account’. Once you fill out the application and submit it, your account will autonomously be approved for use. (All autonomously approved accounts are then reviewed individually and validated as real businesses to ensure fair trade practice.

Yes! As long as the item in question is the same quality as the one we offer and that the price doesn’t go below our cost, we are happy to price match or beat the price where possible.

Buy back program

We sure do! Pack all the unwanted LCDs nicely (the nicer the better as it usually affects how much you earn from the buybacks due to screens getting further damaged during shipping and handling) and send it our way! You should have a Credit Memo sent to your email within 1-2 weeks explaining what was accepted and how much you earned. You can keep this amount on your account to use for future orders, or have it paid out to you instead.

Net Term

Yes. Please ask for the Net Term form to fill out if you are interested.
Yes, we do! Techville offers Net 30 Terms to all of our qualifying customers.
Qualifying is easy! Simply download the form HERE, print it off, fill it out, and email it to [email protected] Based on your application we will let you know what credit amount you are approved for. Then just place your order and take up to 30 days to pay!
Qualification can take around 1 to 3 weeks from the time you have submit the application. Once it has been processed you will be updated on the results of your application.
